- Add gin and syrup in a shaker with ice; shake lightly.
- Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
- Top with ginger beer and give a gentle stir.
Glassware: Highball or Collins glass Garnish: Fresh rosemary sprig + skewered cranberries
Tasting Notes: Refreshing with tart cranberry balanced by aromatic rosemary and a lively ginger fizz.
* To make Cranberry Rosemary Syrup: Simmer cranberries (fresh or frozen), sugar and water in a 1:1:1 ratio with a sprig of rosemary. Stir regularly. The cranberries will split, and your liquid will become syrupy. Strain, bottle and chill.
